House plans
Options
- Review contractors house plans choices with minor
changes ($300.00 to $1000.00)
- Choose from house plan book ($400.00 to $2000.00 plus
changes $200.00 to a $1000.00)
Copyrights apply and require approvals.
- Architect can work with you and builder ($1500.00 and
up) Sketches, photos, concepts, and approvals
A $1500.00 retainer is due at start
of design phase. Proposal of final design.
- Allow 2-3 weeks for builder (this give time for subs to
get estimates in) - The proposal will reflect draw and revision level
- Proposal will have allowances and can have copy of
items to make allowances. (best for client pick items prior to proposal
but not required) - Contract with final cost. (Amendments signed by
customer can change cost)
Construction
- Sign contract and deposit
- Permits and approvals (once received the building
process starts) - Allowance items are finalized
- Remaining balances are disbursed based on percent
completed - Final payment due upon completion
